By using the Site, the Client agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions defined below.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use govern the access and use of the designdistrict.com website (the "Website"), for the Client's personal use only, and the offer, transmission, acceptance of purchase orders and sale of products (the "Product(s)") to the Clients (the "Client" or "you", "your" "he/she", "her/his").
The Client should only be an individual who is acting for purposes, which are outside his or her trade, business or profession.
The Client must ensure that the details provided by him/her on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
2 -PRODUCTS AND PRICING
2.1 Availability of the Products
Stylediscounts lists availability information for products sold on the Website, on each product information page. Beyond what is said on the Website, Stylediscounts cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
As Stylediscounts processes the order, the Client will be informed by e-mail, within thirty (30) days if any products ordered turn out to be unavailable. The order is deemed to be cancelled and the Client will receive a refund.
Pictures and other visual images are just indications of what Products could be and they are not binding.
2.2 Pricing
All prices shown on the Website are in euros and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. The price does not include the delivery costs, which will be given to the Client with the confirmation of his/her order.
Prices are guaranteed on condition of the availability of the product and offers from Stylediscounts may be withdrawn at any time. However, the Client will pay the price indicated when his order is made and registered by Stylediscounts.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Client until Stylediscounts has received payment in full.
3- REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSING
3.1 Use of the Website
The use of Stylediscounts' Website is provided to the Client free of charge. The Client is entitled to see free of charge the online catalogue and the Products on sale.
3.2 Registration of the order
In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more Products on the Website, the Client must fill out the online order form.
By submitting an order form, the Client is contracting with Stylediscounts and agrees unconditionally, accepts and undertakes to observe the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
To order the Products, the Client should select and add them to the basket by clicking on "Add to cart"button.
At anytime, the Client can:
o see a list of his/her selected Products, by clicking on View cart button or "shopping cart" button
o continue his/her shopping by clicking on "Shop more" button,
o finish his/her selection and order the selected Products by clicking on "checkout" button.
Products ordered on the Website designdistrict.com are delivered to mainland France, Corsica, French overseas territories and Europe. After clicking on the "checkout" button, the Client, who previously registered with Stylediscounts, shall be identified by using his/her registered email and password or shall create an account by filling in for the first time the registration form.
When the Client registers online to use the Website, he/she will be asked to fill in a form with all his/her personal details. Then, the Client creates a password. When the client uses the password with the corresponding registered email, he/she will be considered as being identified by Stylediscounts server, and having accepted the offer to buy the Product under these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
Once the identification is made, the Client shall confirm the delivery address to have access to the purchase order containing a summary of the information related to the type of the Product, quantity, price, total and his/her details with the delivery address.
3.3 How to validate the order ?
Once the clients has reviewed his/her order and has provided the required personal details, he/she shall click on the "Validate" button to confirm the order placed. The Client shall provide his/her credit card details, the type, the expiry date and the security code (3 last digits on the back of the card).
The Payment with a credit card (see section "Payment" of the Terms and Conditions), will use through the Website, the EPT (Electronic payment terminal) of the BNP. The Website is secured making use of Mercanet an accredited certification service provider, to protect at its best effort all confidential details provided for the payment. The Client's payment details are transferred directly to the bank, which also operates under the secure Mercanet encryption. At no time, the Client's payment details are transferred through Stylediscounts' electronic system. Stylediscounts will not be responsible for any consequences related to the payment stage.
Once the payment is validated, the order is registered and cannot be amended or cancelled thereafter. The order is registered on the Stylediscounts' electronic registrars, which are stored on durable means and are recognised as admissible evidence in legal proceedings.
In virtue of the section "Right to cancel, coolling off period", the Client will have the right to withdraw the order within seven (7) working days beginning with the following day on which the Client receives the goods.
3.4 Confirmation of the order
Once the payment is validated and the order is considered as registered with Stylediscounts, a summary of the purchase order will be sent by email to the Client's registered email address provided before. The summary will list all the details of the contract, order and the Product purchased.
4- DELIVERY
Products ordered on the Website designdistrict.com are delivered to mainland France, Corsica, French overseas territories and Europe.
All orders are dispatched with a receipt to the Client's address, as indicated during the ordering process.
designdistrict.com allows the Client to receive his order in 48 hours through the traceable Collisimo postal service or if necessary by a transport company chosen by Stylediscounts.
All orders registered before midday (GMT + 1) will be dealt with the same day in the limit of stock available on the Website designdistrict.com. Orders are processed Monday toFriday. Orders registered after midday Friday wil be processed the following Monday at 9am.
National or Local restrictions and the effect of adverse weather conditions may affect deliveries. Every effort will be made to complete deliveries but Stylediscounts cannot be responsible for restrictions out of its control or any delays caused by postal service. Stylediscounts will always contact the Client if Stylediscounts is made aware of any problems.
Once the Product is delivered, Stylediscounts recommends the Client to check the order. In the event of a damaged parcel (parcel opened, ripped, pierced etc.) The parcel must be refused and the reason stipulated on the delivery slip (parcel refused because open, damaged) Any complaints for faulty or missing Product should be addressed within one (1) day following the day on which the Client receives the goods Any complaint after this period would not be processed by Stylediscounts. The Client should inform Stylediscounts in writing by letter sent to Stylediscounts, Customer Service, 254, chemin du petit bois 06670 LEVENS France.
The Client must return the Product in good condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation to: Stylediscounts, Customer Service, 254 chemin du petit bois 06670 LEVENS France.
The Product will be exchanged or refunded or the order will be processed again if Stylediscounts is informed on time, following the procedure above.
5- RIGHT TO CANCEL, COOLING OFF PERIOD
Under the distance selling regulations, the Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven (7) working days beginning with the following day on which the Client receives the goods.
The Client needs to inform Stylediscounts in writing by letter sent to Stylediscounts, Customer Service, 254 chemin du petit bois 06670 LEVENS France and return the Product in the original packaging in good condition, with all packaging accessories and documentation to: Stylediscounts, Customer Service, 254 chemin du petit bois 06670 LEVENS France.
The Client has to contact the Customer Service and obtain an authorisation return number.
For your convenience, Stylediscounts recommends the Client to use a recorded-delivery service. The Client will be responsible for the costs of returning the items.
As soon as Stylediscounts receives the cancelled Products, Stylediscounts will refund the Client, within thirty (30) days, the purchase price of the return Product or the relevant part of the purchase price, excluding the costs of returning the items.
6- PAYMENT
An order will not take place (and Stylediscounts will not be deemed to have accepted the order) until Stylediscounts has validated and confirmed the Client's payment.
Payment online can be made with all major credit cards (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard…).You can also pay by bank transfer and paypal.
Stylediscounts is entitled to refuse an order from a previous Client with whom a claim is pending for non-payment, late payment, or insufficient guarantees of solvency or arisen disputes about goods, delivery, return, refund, payment or other breach of the Terms and Conditions. Stylediscounts will not be responsible for refusing to process the Client's order.
Stylediscounts may suspend or cancel the Client's registration immediately at its reasonable discretion or if the Client breaches any of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
7- PRIVACY
7.1 Personal data
The personal information that the Client gives Stylediscounts is held with care and security. Stylediscounts does not sell, rent or transfer this information to third parties for their marketing purposes unless the Client agrees otherwise.
7.2 Cookies
The only cookie used by designdistrict.com, related to each connexion, is deleted at the end of each visit of the Website.
7.3 Statistics tracks
Stylediscounts tracks the traffic throughout the Website and can share it with third party partners. This anonymous information is used to compile overall statistics and is not recorded at an individual level. The anonymous statistics help Stylediscounts to decide which products and services best serve the Clients and guests.
8- RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY

As soon as Styledicounts receives the cancelled Products, Stylediscounts will refund the Client, within thirty (30) days, the purchase price of the return Product or the relevant part of the purchase price, excluding the costs of returning the items.
Styledicounts will not accept Products returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
In the interest of hygiene, Stylediscounts is unable to offer a refund on: toiletries, perfumery, cosmetics, bra accessories, lingerie/nightwear, earrings for pierced ears, personalized good/goods made to a customer's specifications, unless the Product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. After having informed Stylediscounts, the faulty or incorrectly supplied Product must be returned to Stylediscounts in its original condition and toiletries, perfumery, cosmetics should be returned unwrapped (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) to: Stylediscounts, Customer Service, 254 chemin du petit bois 06670 LEVENS France.
If the Product is faulty or incorrectly supplied at the time of sale, the Client is entitled to request a full refund or an exchange within fifteen (15) days beginning with the following day on which the Client receives the Product, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging.
Stylediscounts will be responsible for the cost of returning faulty and incorrectly supplied Product.
Please contact Stylediscounts to obtain an authorisation return number, before retuning the Product.
If the value of the new purchase order after exchange of a Product is higher, the Client has to pay the difference between the exchanged Product and the replacement.
If the value of the new purchase order after exchange of a Product is lower, the Client will be refunded the difference between the exchanged Product and the replacement.
If the Client returns a Product for refund sent as a gift from Stylediscounts or at a reduced price, the Client will be refunded a portion of its commercial value and not the full value.
9- PASSWORD AND SECURITY
At the time of the registration, the Client will be asked to create a password. The client should keep this secret, as he/she is entirely responsible if he/she does not maintain the confidentiality of the password. The Client must not disclose it or share it with anyone. The Client is entirely responsible for all orders placed with Stylediscounts or information given to us under your email address in combination with the password. The Client must immediately notify Stylediscounts of any unauthorised use of his/her email address and/or password or any breach of security known.
The Client must contact Stylediscounts Customer Service immediately by filling the online application or by phone.
Once the payment is validated, the order is registered and cannot be amended or cancelled thereafter. The order is registered on the Stylediscounts electronic registrars, which are stored on durable means and are recognised as admissible evidence in legal proceedings.
he validation of the payment, after having provided the credit card details, is considered as an electronic signature, binding the Client with the purchase order. The contract is formed under these Terms and Conditions.
10- LIABILITY
Stylediscounts cannot guarantee that the Client's use of this Website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to the Client's computer. The Client's responsibility is to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the Website and screen out anything may damage it. Stylediscounts shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this Website
The Client must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet.
Stylediscounts will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems, the Client may experience with the Website.
In particular, Stylediscounts disclaims all liabilities in connection with the following:
o incompatibility of the Website with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links
o technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Website
o unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the Website
o inadequacy of the Website to meet the Client's requirements
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, the Client agrees that Stylediscounts will not be liable to the Client/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the Website.
11- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The content of the Site, created for Stylediscounts, is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights.
The Client may retrieve and display the content of the website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided the Client keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices.
The Client may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Website without written permission from Stylediscounts.
No licence is granted to the Client in these Terms and Conditions to use any trademark of Stylediscounts or its affiliated companies.
As a convenience to Stylediscounts customers, the designdistrict.com Website could include links to other web sites or material, which are beyond its control. Stylediscounts is not responsible for content on the Internet, or any other site outside designdistrict.com Website.
12- MISCELLANEOUS
Stylediscounts reserves the right to make changes to the Website, policies, and these Conditions of Sale and Use at any time. The Client will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Sale and Use in force at the time of the use of the Website or that the Client order goods from Stylediscounts, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by the Client).
The Client may not assign, sub-license, or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Stylediscounts ignores this, Stylediscounts will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies later or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
Stylediscounts shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
13- EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
Stylediscounts will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect the Client's statutory rights.
Stylediscounts shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Stylediscounts will contact the Client within five (5) days of the events beyond Stylediscounts' reasonable control to discuss alternatives for the performance of the contract. If the event beyond Stylediscounts' reasonable control lasts for more than thirty (30) days, the Client's order would be deemed to be cancelled and the Client will receive a refund of his/her payment.
14- APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law and any disputes will be decided only by the French court of Nice.
