designsdistrict.com allows the client to receive him parcel within 96h thanks to the colissimo postal service or a transport company of our choice.
All orders finalized before 14H by internet or telephone and paid for by bank card will be processed and posted the same day if the item is available on the site.
All orders finalized Friday after 14H will be posted Saturday morning.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
All orders finalized during the weekend will be posted the following Monday at 9H.

Returns
In the event of a return, please inform us by email and we will give you a returns number, essential for the processing of your request.
Postal charges are at the client’s expense.
It is recommended to return the article by colissimo and it is also advisable to insure the articles returned. The return of an article is the client’s responsibility. Only articles returned in the initial brand new condition will be accepted.
Any article that has been damaged by the client will not be reimbursed. The delay of 7 days is from the date of reception by the client.
When a reimbursement is accorded, your bank card will be recredited or we will send you a cheque. |
