Our guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item that you have ordered, you can return it to us under certain conditions within a delay of 7 days and we will fully reimburse you for that article.
Returns
In the event of a return, please inform us by email and we will give you a returns number, essential for the processing of your request.
Postal charges are at the client’s expense.
It is recommended to return the article by colissimo and it is also advisable to insure the articles returned. The return of an article is the client’s responsibility. Only articles returned in the initial brand new condition will be accepted.
Any article that has been damaged by the client will not be reimbursed. The delay of 7 days is from the date of reception by the client.
When a reimbursement is accorded, your bank card will be recredited or we will send you a cheque. |
